The Pines our 2 Bedroom is a romantic getaway favorite.

For your convenience – Linens, towels, soaps, washer/dryer, outside grills, TV, DVD and fully equipped kitchens are provided. We have Dish Network Satellite TV in all of our homes! Also, each home comes with one slip rental.

Summer Rate

Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend

  • $245.00 per night, 2 night minimum.
  • $225.00 per night 3-5 nights.
  • $195.00 per night 6 nights and above.
  • $195.00 per night Couples rate (1-2 people only).
  • $50.00 non refundable cleaning fee.
  • We require a one night deposit to hold your booking, your deposit will come off of your balance.
  • This home requires a 3 night minimum on Memorial Weekend, July 4th holiday, and Labor Day Weekend.

Off Season Rate

  • $175.00 per night.
  • $50.00 non refundable cleaning fee.
  • We require a one night deposit ($175.00+tax) to hold booking.
  • Your deposit will come off of your balance.
  • No minimum stay in the off season.

Policy

  • A one-night, Non-Refundable Security Deposit holds your rental for you. Your non-refundable security deposit will be applied to your closing bill. There are no refunds for early departures.
  • Cancellation Policy: 60 Days
  • Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee $50.
  • Non-Smoking Only. Outside containers are provided for disposal.
  • Check-in time 3:00 p.m. Check out time 11: 00 a.m. If special arrangements need to be made, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Home comes with one (1) boat slip rental. Additional slips, if available, can be rented on a per-day basis.

Pet Policy –No pets of any kind allowed. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from inside the home or the large covered porch.
  • The home has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and cooktop, microwave, double sink, refrigerator/freezer, bar top and small dining area.
  • Private therapy jacuzzi spa available.
  • There is a large yard to play games, cookout or layout for a suntan.
  • Helpful Suggestion: personal life jackets, beach towels, food for your stay, & we have some lawn furniture, but may not be enough for your group.

Recent Reviews

We really enjoyed the lake house and marina. The linens and towels were very fresh and the beds were comfortable. The place is very simple and laid back, which is perfect for a lake retreat. We especially loved the views, boat rentals, swimming of the dock and the hot tub.
