Terms & Conditions

  • Summer rates – $245/Night – 2 Night Minimum, $225/Night 3-5 Nights and $195/Night 6 Nights & Above.
  • Off Season Rates – $175/Night – No Minimum.
  • A one night, Non-Refundable Security Deposit holds your rental for you. Your non-refundable security deposit will be applied to your closing bill. Full rental amount will be charged for cancellations inside of two weeks to time of arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
  • Non Refundable Cleaning Fee $100.
  • Pets are not allowed in homes. Approved, outside pets with a $25/night/per will be considered.
  • Non Smoking Only. Outside containers are provided for disposal.
  • Check in time 3:00 p.m. Check out time 11: 00 a.m. If special arrangements need to be made, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
